11 years ago, I hit my threshold.
I was 37, in my second trimester… relieved, yes, but also exhausted from the months of Googling every symptom, every signal, every “what if.”
Nutrition wasn’t my job back then.
But it had quietly become my lifeline.
Something in me knew: if I wanted a different outcome, I couldn’t keep outsourcing the answers.
That’s why I had gone back to studying…not for a qualification (then), but to understand how this all fits together.
Fertility. Health. Hormones. Energy. Digestion…the way nutrition weaves through it all.
And even though I didn’t have all the answers yet, I had a quiet conviction:
Small changes matter. Especially when they stack.
And I was onto something.
Now, I’m turning 48.
And I want to give you what I wish I had back then:

But confirmation of that hunch
manifesting itself again when I became pregnant later at 41,
and again through years of working with women and couples inside my clinic.
