9. Male Fertility Testing Beyond Semen Analysis
Male fertility is 50% of the picture. Beyond semen analysis, I recommend:
Comprehensive blood testing
Seminal microbiome testing (ideally alongside partner)
Testhim investigations (e.g. ultrasound to check for varicocele)
DNA fragmentation testing, ideally before IVF
10. Essential Female Fertility Testing
“unexplained infertility” is not really unexplained without proper testing.
